Subscribers of Raza Mobile with locked handsets may be eligible to receive a new device.

Raza Mobile Device <br/> Unlock Policy
  • Customers must request handset unlocking.
  • Customers wishing to unlock the device Raza Mobile must have had their device active for at least a year and retain the same telephone number without being recycled or ported.
  • Customers must take advantage of this unlocking solution within the window period provided. Unlocking requests can be made while the service is active, or up to 60 days after their active time ends - even when a number has been reused or transferred to another carrier.
  • Customers must possess a handset that is in working condition.
  • Customers must possess a handset that is not reported stolen, lost, or associated with fraudulent activity.
  • If a customer requesting handset unlocking is deployed military personnel, upon provision of deployment papers, Raza Mobile will honor that customer’s unlocking request.
  • Customers are eligible for this program only once every twelve months.
  • To request a device unlock from Raza Mobile, the customer must be on record with the service and may need to provide proof of their identity.

Raza Mobile is committed to honoring legitimate unlocking requests while safeguarding against fraudulent activity. To maintain the integrity of its Unlocking Policy, Raza reserves the right to review and adjust these terms without prior notice.
